How do I start a Replenishment Service?
As you shop, look for the "Select Frequency" option beside our products and use the drop-down menu to choose how often you would like to receive that product. We will automatically ship it to you at the interval you select.
How do I manage my Replenishment Service?
You can view and manage your plan on the Replenishment Service page in your Online Account section. There you can change the frequency of your replenishment shipments, skip a shipment, change your shipping address, and edit your billing information for upcoming Replenishment Service shipments. You can also change which luxury sample is included with your next order. Products added to your Replenishment Service will appear on the Replenishment Service page following shipment of the initial order.
How will I know when to expect a shipment?
Upcoming shipments, including ship dates, are listed on the Replenishment Service page in your Online Account section. You will also receive an email 5-7 days prior to a shipment that will confirm the shipping date and price of the item(s) you will be receiving. At that time, you can verify all information and/or make changes, if necessary.
Can I change the shipping address or billing information of future shipments?
Yes. Once your first item in a Replenishment Service plan has shipped, you can make changes to future shipments. Just visit the Replenishment Service page in your Online Account section and click on the shipment you wish to change. You can change the shipping address or billing information for any item shown. Orders that have already shipped will appear in your Order History and cannot be changed.
Can I cancel my Replenishment Service?
Yes. Just visit the Replenishment Service page in your Online Account section and click on the item you wish to cancel. You will find a link to cancel Replenishment Service for each item. Orders that have already shipped will appear in your Order History and cannot be changed.
What happens if an item in my Replenishment Service is no longer available?
In order to offer you the best products available, we frequently review and update the products we offer. As new products emerge, older products may be discontinued. If this occurs, you will be notified via email that your chosen product will no longer be available, and your shipments will discontinue once the stock is depleted.
Can I add items to my next order with an existing subscription?
Yes. To do so, you must be logged into your account. Visit the item's page you wish to add to your order, and find the 'Add To Existing Subscription' button. When you click this button, you will have the option to add the item as one time only or as a subscription.
